Nails are one of the most noticed parts of our body. Whether you are talking with somebody or just doing some work, your nails will always catch the attention of people around you. Appearances matter a lot...at the very least it is very important to have healthy, clean nails. But nowadays you can do more: along with healthy, clean nails why not have nail designs which are uniquely yours?

Before you go crazy on your nails it’s a great idea to study the Design Chart for inspirational ideas and watch the DVD for great tips and techniques.

When you’re ready to go apply the 2-in-1 varnish to your clean dry nails. Then put on a thin coat of adhesive and leave it for about 10 minutes. While it’s still tacky place the foil over the nail and rub down to transfer the foil onto the nail, peel away the backing film. Finally, apply a coat of 2-in-1 varnish and allow it to dry then finish off with a second coat.

After you have built up your confidence and you are comfortable with foiling you can enhance your designs by adding the rhinestone gems and glitter. Now you can go crazy…!!!
